What happens when you book an appointment

Appointments are usually available as early as same-day or the next day. Our in-house customer service team will schedule an appointment with one of our roofing specialists on a day and time that works for you and will provide a two-hour window. Roof checkups usually last from 1-2 hours depending on your particular circumstances.

Once the service technician is on the way, you will receive a text message letting you know and including the roofing specialist’s photo so you know his or her approximate arrival time and who will be showing up to your door.

We'll thoroughly assess your roof
The LocalRoofs roofing specialist will assess your roof in four different ways:
- We’ll review an aerial insights report prior to arriving at your home.
- We’ll do a guided drone tour with you to take photos of your roof and zoom in on problem areas so you can see up close what’s going on with your roof.
- We’ll ladder to the side of your roof to look closely at the roofing materials, including inspecting visible parts of the underlayment, decking, fascia, gutters, and so forth.
- We’ll check your attic to look for stains, insulation and venting issues, and other signs of roofing problems.
We'll give you recommendations and provide an estimate with options
The LocalRoofs roofing specialist will prepare an estimate while on-site the majority of the time. If your roof is particularly complex or intricate and requires additional input, we will provide an estimate the next business day.
Your estimate will include various recommendations and options based on your specific needs. Your roofing specialist will explain the options in detail so you can make an informed decision.
